If you're unsatisfied with your rug, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll refund your money and give you an extra 10% for giving Redzone Rugs a try.

All returns will need approval.

In the rare event a mistake was made or damage occurs during the shipping process, we will schedule a pickup of the incorrect item, and exchange it for a correct item as quickly as possible.
